Am I buying a stuffed bear?
Nope. The bear you customize is the artwork — we print it on tees and hoodies. No plush in the mail.

What exactly is "a MISSTITCH"?
Your version of our bear. You pick the damage, the ink, the gear. We print it.

Do I have to customize one?
No. The Unusual Suspects on the homepage are ready-made trouble — hit MESS WITH IT and put one straight on a shirt.

Can I start with a Suspect and change it?
Absolutely. Nothing is sacred.

Can I remove the slogan?
The tees wear it. The hoodies skip it — the bear does the talking.

What if I hate my random bear?
Hit STITCH IT UP again. He'll get over it.

Can I change or cancel my order?
You’ve got 30 minutes. Because every Misstitch product is custom-made, orders enter production shortly after purchase — changes or cancellations must be requested within 30 minutes of ordering (use the contact form, fastest). Once an order is in production it can’t be changed or canceled.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
That’s on us. If it shows up damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from the bear you built, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right. Full details in the refund policy.

Will there be other animals?
That's the plan. The bear was just the first one to volunteer.
