Custom Product & Return Policy

Every MISSTITCH product is made to order. Your bear — the repairs, ink, gear, backdrop, garment, color, and size you choose — is printed specifically for you after checkout.

No Returns on Customized Products

Because each item is produced from your customization choices, orders cannot be changed, canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded after production begins for reasons of change of mind, sizing preference, or dissatisfaction with the combination of options you selected. Please review your bear, garment, color, and size carefully before completing checkout.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, materially defective, misprinted, or materially different from the design you approved at checkout due to an error by MISSTITCH or our fulfillment provider, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. If we confirm a manufacturing or fulfillment error, we will, at our discretion and as required by applicable law, provide a replacement or refund.

Normal variations in garment color, print placement, print texture, sizing tolerances, and screen-to-print color appearance are not considered defects.

Order Cancellation

Because each Misstitch product is custom-made, orders enter production shortly after purchase. Changes or cancellations must be requested within 30 minutes of ordering — the fastest way is the contact form on our site. Once an order enters production, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Shipping Address Errors

Orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the customer may not be eligible for replacement or refund. Additional shipping or reproduction costs may apply if a replacement is requested.
