By using misstitchbear.com (the "Site") or purchasing a MISSTITCH product, you agree to these terms.

What We Sell

MISSTITCH sells apparel printed with customizable bear artwork. Products are made to order based on the options you select in our customizer. All customization options are drawn from our own artwork catalog.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, characters, designs, text, and branding on the Site — including the bear, all customization elements, and every combination of them — are and remain the property of MISSTITCH. Purchasing a product gives you ownership of the physical item only; it does not transfer any rights to the underlying artwork, and it does not grant a license to reproduce the design for commercial purposes.

Orders and Pricing

All prices are shown at checkout in the displayed currency. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and to refuse or cancel any order — including where we suspect fraud or where a product listing contained a material error. If we cancel an order that has been paid, we will refund it.

Custom Products

Made-to-order products are subject to our Custom Product & Return Policy, including its limitations on returns and cancellations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MISSTITCH's total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
